With an established team of professionals and more than 20 years of experience behind it, EHMA is able to contribute to projects of all sizes. Among the most relevant experiences with international and large hotel chains are collaborations with Hilton, Wyndham and Radisson Hotel Group. For these projects, both hotel management and marketing & sales consultancy work was carried out, ranging from the opening of new hotels to revenue management and marketing & sales.

EHMA Hotel Investments & Solutions, in collaboration with Anker Grupa, has supported the ownership group in a strategic repositioning process of the Lopud hospitality asset, culminating in the execution of a Branding and Management Agreement with Hilton Hotels & Resorts, one of the world's leading hotel companies.
This milestone marks the launch of the Hilton Lopud Beach Resort & SPA, a project set to redefine hospitality standards on the island and strengthen Lopud's positioning as a premium Mediterranean destination.
Throughout the decision-making process, EHMA Hotel Investments & Solutions advised Anker Grupa on market analysis, brand evaluation and long-term positioning strategy, contributing to the selection of Hilton as the most suitable international partner to maximize the asset's value and future performance.

The property is supported through full hotel management and pre-opening services, including operational setup, service definition, staff selection, sales, revenue, marketing, FF&E and finance.
Hotel Belvedere | Elpidios Hotels – Codroipo (UD)
A 3-star hotel with 33 rooms in a strategic location within the Friuli region, catering primarily to a business clientele and professional travel. The Full Hotel Management activities include optimisation of services for business travellers, operational coordination, staff supervision, and commercial development focused on the local corporate segment, revenue, marketing, F&B operations and finance services.
